In our family-owned business we work with heart & soul to ensure that you can enjoy life to the full and receive only the best quality. At Weingut KRUG we practise natural grape cultivation, and with a lot of passion and lifeblood we create sumptuous wines that are continually earning honours and awards. At Altes Zechhaus we foster a traditional wine tavern culture, prepare delicious highlights of Austrian cuisine and make your company or private celebration an unforgettable experience.

THE KRUG FAMILY

Our family has been cultivating wine in Gumpoldskirchen since 1746. In 1905 Altes Zechhaus was added, and since 1970 our family has been serving guests here in the wine tavern. While Sabine Krug oversees operations at Altes Zechhaus, Gustav Krug looks after the KRUG wine estate.

The parents are still working along as well and sharing their knowledge and experience. And the next generation is already investing heart & soul to ensure that our guests and wine connoisseurs have a good time with KRUG.
